 About Classroom Only
Minimize

Students can elect to take "Classroom Only."     Since the Illinois Office of the Secretary of State requires 30 Classroom hours of coursework, you may elect to take the classroom portion of our driving program, only and begin to obtain your permit.  The benefit of this program enables students to begin a driver's education class and obtain a driving permit right away.    Northwest Suburban Driving School offers the complete, state required course, necessary for High School Students.

Once again, most of the students in our program choose to take the entire course which includes Classroom  & Behind the Wheel lessons.  But, some students find that the Classroom Only Option works best for their situation.

The students enrolled in the CLASSROOM ONLY phase can start to get practice right away by taking the this phase.  CLASSROOM ONLY allows the students to start driver's education classes.  Students are also allowed to obtain their driving permits after the second day of class.

The CLASSROOM ONLY FORM only needs to be filled out & completed if the student wants Northwest Suburban Driving School to file for a certificate of completion.   The certificate of completion will allow students to obtain an Illinois' Driver's License.  There is no rush or no hurry to turn in the Classroom Only Form.
